SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • How will my parcel be shipped?

Parcels are shipped out every Tuesday.

Your parcel will be mailed using NinjaVan. Once the parcel is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to trace your parcel.

  • How are mailing rates calculated?

Mailing is included in the price you pay.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

No, we only ship to Singapore addresses. Your order will be refunded if an overseas address is given.

  • How long before I receive my order?

Please note we ship only once a week, on Tuesdays. It will take about 3-5 days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. This is a volunteer-run project and we appreciate your understanding.

  • How do I track my order?

After your purchase is shipped out on Tuesdays, you will receive an email from NinjaVan with a tracking number which you can enter into https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking to find the shipping status of your parcel.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

  • Can I cancel my order or ask for an exchange/refund after I have placed it?

  • What do I do if my item is faulty/ received the wrong item/ missing item?
